Our company began with a quest to find upbeat eyewear, and that light-hearted spirit is embedded in everything we do. Our family's legacy is dedicated to the pursuit of fashion at its most fun.

Our History

We have come a long way from our start as an importer and distributor of scissors, shears, and fine cutlery. Sammann Company Inc. was first established in 1908 and founded the Peepers Brand in 1993 when Mrs. Sammann, a.k.a. Mz. Peepers recognized a need for fashionable readers and began designing the fun looks that started Peepers. Today that same passion has carried on as we continue to create stylish, optical quality reading and sunglasses.
